1- Air Systems Cleaning Specialist will inspect, note and report the current working condition of the suite dryer exhausts. (i.e in-line booster fan motors, electrical switches, in-line or visible dampers, junction boxes and/or termination boxes, exterior wall grilles, flexible dryer hoses or venting, in-line lint traps, existing washer hoses) prior to commencing the cleaning. Any and all deficiencies will be reported to property Management Company or individual suite condo owner.
2- Air Systems Cleaning Specialist will then proceed with the removal of existing flexible dryer exhaust hose, lint traps or access cover and in-line booster fan motors to allow for equipment access and cleaning.
3- Air Systems Cleaning Specialist will connect a "Negative Air Collection Unit" (a portable vacuum unit capable of 1200 C.F.M., equipped with HEPA filtration, capable of trapping 99.97% of all dust, dirt, lint and debris from within the dryer duct system).
4- Air Systems Cleaning Specialist technicians will introduce "High Pressure Compressed Air" (300 P.S.I. compressor equipped with various cleaning heads) in the duct lines into the dryer exhaust ductwork, effectively air scrubbing and thoroughly removing all built up dust, dirt, lint and debris propelling it back to the collection unit for disposal.
5- Air Systems Cleaning Specialist upon completing the dryer system cleaning will then re-install the existing dryer exhaust in-line booster fan motor, lint traps, access covers and flexible dryer exhaust hose back to pre cleaning positions.
6- Air Systems Cleaning Specialist technicians will start and short cycle (set timer and run dryer) the dryer unit to confirm its operating as it was prior to cleaning
