Who is responsible for dryer vent cleaning condo owners or associations?
Dryer vent cleaning are responsibilities of each individual contract between condo owners and condominium associations.
In most cases the condominium association is responsible for the shared part of the condominium and the condo owners are responsible for their condo units.
There is not one answer to the question. If every condo unit has separate dryer vent technically it is the condo unit owner’s responsibility. If the condo owners are sharing the dryer vent then the responsibilities are of the Condominium Corporation. Of course every decision will be made from the Boards of Directors and the work of the dryer vent cleaning process will be done from the property managers.
Every condo have there own rules the residents shod own and learn about there Condo Act, Declaration, Rules, and By-Laws to determine who is responsible for the dryer vent cleaning.
